Cnoic Chlaonta is a new contemporary dance theatre piece choreographed and performed by Irish dance artists Ailish Claffey and Alicia Christofi-Walshe. This provocative and striking work encapsulates the essence of the Irish landscape; the rugged beauty, intrigue and harsh realities of its unyielding land and its irrepressible people. Visually stunning and provocative, Claffey and Christofi-Walshe use stark imagery, original sound score and lighting design to weave together an unorthodox tale of a modern Ireland.
